The process
From your first application to your first day on a European route — here's the path most drivers follow.
Share your licence, experience and location — then a short screening call with us.
We put your profile forward and set up your interview directly with the hiring company.
Once selected, your European work permit process begins — typically 30–45 days.
Your visa file is submitted at your nearest VFS Global centre or embassy.
Visa cleared, travel arranged — you start your new route.
Most applications run 3–4 months door to door. The exact timeline depends on your destination country, the employer, and how quickly your documents come together — timelines are indicative, not guaranteed, and we'll guide you at every step.
